Dog Nap - finished

OMIGOSH watercolor is the bestest thing EVER.

Okay, maybe not the bestest. Chocolate is pretty nice too. And so is Kiba when he's sleeping, because he's cute.

Anyway, I had a random urge to use watercolor last night, so ...I did. I ended up staying awake until about 4:30 this morning finishing this, and got about three hours of sleep before I had to get up for class. But by golly, I finished it in ONE NIGHT. Also, I am absurdly proud of myself, because I haven't used watercolor in about ...oh, 3 or 4 years. And I hardly ever used it at all before then either. Thus, I am very surprised and happy that this turned out so nice. Took me bloody long enough... I uploaded the sketch, oh, *checks gallery* about 41 weeks ago... *whistles*. There are a few things about it that I'm not happy with, but they're mostly anatomy issues, because I was too lazy to change the sketch before I transferred it to watercolor paper.

Okay, I'm gonna go take a nap now. *yawns*

Edit 4/6/06: I just uploaded a fixed version - most of the problems with shadows (or lack thereof) and things seeming to 'float' should be better now. Thanks to everybody who suggested ways I could improve this!
