Finally done with this. It's taken me a whole lot longer than I expected, but I'm really happy with it, so I guess it's okay. And Kabuto is worth it. He looks a bit different without his glasses, shirt, or hair tied back, doesn't he?
Another of my rediculously involved backgrounds... backgrounds are hard. But the trees make me happy. And one of my favorite parts of this picture? The ground. Yeah.
Hope you like it! Let me know what you think.
Kabuto is from Naruto and belongs to Masashi Kishimoto.
Oh wow, that background is amazing! I need to learn how to do backgrounds. the hot guy doesn't take away from it any, either. It's all extremely well done, and I love the shading especially. ^^
As usual, I am greatly impressed by your shading and detail work. I really like how you can modify your coloring style to fit the mood of the piece; that takes quite a bit of skill. Your lighting effects are excellent, and I particularly like how you handled the glasses in his hand.

I have no patience for doing backgrounds like these myself, but this makes me want to go draw one... XD
(How do you people do things like this (it's photoshop, right...?); they're just so good!)
