Gale and Riley - commission

...this new submission process is so wierd. O.o

This is a commission I finished about a week and a half ago, but I wanted to wait until I got back from Texas (which was lovely) to upload it. It's a picture of Gale and Riley (Gale is the guy, Riley is the girl) from *teash83's story, Time Immemorial. The prologue is here [link] and chapter 1 is here [link] - go give her a visit!

This commission took me a little longer than I wanted it to (I wish I could CG faster!), but I'm really happy with how it turned out. It was nice to do some non-anime work for a bit of a change (though the influence is certainly there), and also to practice some different expressions and body language than I usually do.

[and I have realized that I know waaay more about drawing men than I do about drawing women. And I *am* one. Says a lot about my usual subject matter, I guess... *swt*]

...and I want Riley's outfit!
